The caster is made from 304 stainless steel, and is ideal for applications where frequent washdowns are necessary.  It is also well suited for application exposed to cleaning agents, steam caustic solutions, or other corrosive agents that could cause rust.

PC16000013 – Designed with a spring clip, this pad can be bolted or welded onto equipment.  No tools are required to install or remove the caster.  Fits 4″ x 4-1/2″ top plates.

PC020001 – Designed to be riveted onto units.  This pad is nylon and wont corrode.  A nylon clip allows removal and replacement of casters without any tools.

The 6″ wheel joins the existing 8″ version.  The 6″ wheel is available in two models with 80 and 95 Shore A durometer polyurethane tread.  Like the 8″ version, the new model is built to resist damage from chemicals, acids, oils, and other caustic substances.

The NP and MG wheels have high resilience, are impervious to metal chips and screws, and are extremely resistant to chemicals.  They perform well in contact with oils and chemicals, and can be used over a wide temperature range.
