Seems to work well. The teeth are a little small, so I have to rely on the weight of the furniture to keep the insert in. 5/16" drill bit is too small, 3/8" is too loose.

Good quality, low price, great service, and good follow-up. Easy to use, drill 7/16" hole and tap in.
