Final Review. These are the inserts you need to swap out your 3/8" grip neck bed casters to 5/16" grip neck casters. Works perfectly with Great Lakes 3 inch double wheel caster with and without breaks.

This is the exact duplicate to fit the 5/16 size grip neck stem casters when you swap out a better and bigger caster for your standard steel bed frame. PERFECT.
