Beyond Expectations!!

I have a dinette set about 9 years old, in great shape, but casters started to break (I learned that manunfacturer installed 200 lb. limit casters & not everybody who sits on these chairs are less than 200 lbs). When I went to the Furniture store I bought the set from, I was told that basically caster wheeled dinette sets had stopped being made about 5+ years ago. They had a few replacements left which they gave me, but they were black. My set is off white/beige. I spent a lot of time on line looking for colored wheels with the correct sizes, without luck. Finally found Great Lakes Caster who had white & tan wheels in stock. I ordered them, received them in less than 10 days, right color, corrected capacity, and oh yeah, prices better than anywhere else I found. Delivered what they advertised!!

The casters are great--fit perfectly, color is perfect, price is right. I didn't need the brakes, but I can live with them. Thanks for being so prompt. And thanks for allowing me to order a free sample to enable me to preview the product for fit and color before I ordered the entire number of casters needed. I would definitely order from your company again. Thanks!

The casters worked fine. I did not really need the brake, but it is no problem to leave it in the off position.

The color of the caster is grey rather than tan. To me, tan is a light brown, this is just grey. This is not a big problem for me since I changed all four on each chair, but it could be for someone ordering less than a set.

The wheels fit fine. I couldn\'t find what I needed anywhere else. They are a different color of tan than the original wheels on the other chairs in the set, but are reasonably close. I would have rather had the discontinued wheels on your website which didn\'t have the wheel brake.

Overall, I\'m pleased to have the chair back in working order.
