product received was 7/16" X 1" stem. The shorter stem still works fine for my application so I didn't bother with return and re-shipmnent.

These are a quality product for the price.

They don\'t fit... I ordered 5.

I measured wrong I Guess and should have got the 3/8\"... I speant 15 bucks on 5 dollars worth of casters and now I am stuck.

Please help
