Here’s how it works:
- Call your GLC sales office at 888.7CASTER (888.722.7837)
- Tell the GLC customer service represtative the product name and technical specifications of the model you are interested in purchasing.
- Provide the better price excluding sales tax, shipping, and all other fees, costs, and services. Let the agent know the name, location, Internet address (URL), and telephone number of the reseller presenting the better price.
If applicable, send a copy or printout of the better price offer to the fax number or email address you are given by the customer service represtative who answers your call. If the details are incomplete, or if we conclude that the better price offer does not qualify or is not serious, authentic, still open, or available, GLC reserves the right to exclude the offer from this program. You must present the competitive offer before placing your order with GLC.
Any purchase from the GLC is subject to the GLC’s Sales and Refund Policy.

Which products qualify?
This program applies to identical Albion, Colson, GLC and Shepherd branded casters. The products must be ones for which GLC currently is taking orders on the GLC e-store, with estimated delivery dates of not more than three (3) weeks.
Who is eligible?
You are eligible for participation in this program if you live in the United States. You must be eligible for the better price offer from an authorized reseller to qualify for GLC’s price matching program.
What types of better-price offers apply to this program?
This program applies to all better-price offers on Albion, Colson, GLC and Shepherd branded casters from any Albion, Colson, GLC and Shepherd Authorized Reseller website or store location offering Albion, Colson, GLC and Shepherd products for sale to customers in the United States. The item must be in stock and available for purchase from an authorized US reseller.
GLC is not obligated to match the competitive offer’s other terms, such as shipping costs, taxes, delivery methods, return privileges, or other services. Mail-in rebates, frequent purchase programs, or any free or discounted items offered with the purchase of the product are not included. Offers from auction sites such as eBay are not included. We will not match typographical errors.
What other restrictions apply?
All competitive offers must be presented before you place your order with GLC. The better price offer must still be open and valid when you present it. We reserve the right to discontinue or change the terms of this program at any time. |
